 \frac{2 \sqrt{7} }{ \sqrt{14} }  =  \sqrt{x}  \\ \frac{2 \sqrt{7} }{ \sqrt{7} \times  \sqrt{2}  }  =  \sqrt{x}  \\  \frac{2}{ \sqrt{2} }  =  \sqrt{x}  \\  \sqrt{2}  =  \sqrt{x }  \\x = 2 \\ therefore \:  {x}^{2}  = 4
