We have,

2/7 = 2 x 2 / 7 x 2 = 4 / 14
or,

2/7 = 2 x 3 / 7 x 3 = 6 /21
This can be explained as, by multipying by same digit on both numerator and denominator.

CoruscatingGarçon: We can multiply by any number
CoruscatingGarçon: I chose 2 u can choose 3 or 4or 5
CoruscatingGarçon: Any number can be chosen by u
