Step-by-step explanation:

2- \frac{7x}{1}  - 5=3+ \frac{7x}{4} +5x

 2 - 7x - 5 =  \frac{12}{4}  +  \frac{7x}{4}  + 5

2 - 5 - 7x =  \frac{12 + 7x}{4}  + 5x

 - 3 - 7x =  \frac{12 + 7x}{4}  +  \frac{20x}{4}

 - 3 - 7x =  \frac{12 + 7x + 20x}{4}

4( - 3 - 7x) = 12 + 20x + 7x

 - 12 - 28x = 12 + 27x

 - 28x - 27x = 12 + 12

– 55x = 24

x =24/– 55

or x = – 24/55
