Answer:

Whenever the denominator of a

fraction are not same, we take L.C.M

or lowest common multiple of it's

denominator.

2/9+7/12

L.C.M of 9 and 12 is 36.

So, 2/9×4/4 = 8/36

7/12×3/3 = 21/36

8/36+21/36 = 27/36

When we simplify 27/36 = 3/4

Hope it helps!!!
