2^a = 6^c = 2^c*3^c

so 2^(a-c) = 3^c  ....1

2^a = 3^b

so 2 = 3^(b/a) ...2

put (2) in 1

so 3^(b/a)(a-c) = 3^c

or b/a(a-c) = c

or b(a-c) = ac

or b = ac/(a-c)

if you want c i terms os a and b

ab -bc = ac

ab = c(a+b) or c = ab/(a+b)
