Let distance be d.

Then total did from up and down = 2d.

Displacement = d - d = 0.

Therefore, displacement will be zero and distance will be 2d.

Hope it will help you

Answer:

2 h is the distance travelled by body and 0 is displacement.

Step-by-step explanation:

When body is thrown vertically it covers the distance 'h' . but when it comes to ground the total distance is h+h I.e. 2h.

The displacement is h-h i. e. 0
