FORCE = m x a

           

MASS = 290 KG

ACCELERATION = (V - U)/t = (60 - 0)/3 =  20 m/s

PUT THESE VALUES IN FORCE = 290 x 20

                                                     =  5800 N

HENCE THE FORCE IS = 5800 N
