firstly from the given info you form a triangle and then find the hypotenus of which it is the direction by using pythagorus theorem like this

a²+b²=c²

4²+3²=16+9=25

√c²=√25

c=5km,

then for magnitude you use the formula of angles tan,sin and cos.

so i used tan

tan∅=o/a

tan∅=4km/3km

tan∅=1.333

∅=tan inverse(1.333)

∅=53.12°
