2. A force acts for 2 seconds on a body of mass 2 kg initially at rest. Just after the force
stops to act the body moves 10 m in the next 2 seconds. Find the magnitude of the force.​

Given,

Mass = 2 kg

Time = 2 seconds

Initial velocity = 0 m/s

Final velocity = 10 m/s

To find acceleration,

Acceleration = Final velocity - Initial velocity / Time

A = 10-0 / 2

A = 5 m/s²

We know that,

Force = Mass × Acceleration

Force = 2 × 5

Force = 10 N
