equivalent resistance for resistors in parallel =

 \frac{1}{r1}  +  \frac{1}{r2}

 \frac{1}{20}  +  \frac{1}{20}  =  \frac{2}{20 }

equivalent resistance = 10 ohm

equivalent resistance of whole circuit = equivalent resistance + resistance of third small wire

= 10 ohm + 20 ohm

= 30 ohm
