1) True because temperature of an object is measured in Celsius, Fahrenheit and Kelvin. Joules is the SI unit of work or energy. Even though both temperature and heat energy are related but they are not same.

2) TRUE because a neutralization reaction is a reaction when an acid and a base reacts to form water and a salt which involves the combination of H+ and OH- ions to generate water. Which means salt is acidic in water.
