and time given is 2 sec.

here g = 9.8 .

so v=u+gt

V=0+9.8×2

V=19.6

To find the distance we can use

2gs=v²-u²

2×9.8×s=(19.6)²-(0)²

19.6×s=384.16

s=384.16÷19.6

s=19.6m
