(a) sol:- Total no. of workers lives less than 15 km from his/ her place of work = 84+47+73= 204

Total no. of workers = 240

Therefore , P( less than 15 km from his / her place of work) = 204/240 = 51/60

(b) sol:- Total no.of workers lives more than or equal to 10 km from his/ her place of work = 73+ 24+12= 109

Total no. of workers = 240

Therefore , P( workers living more than or equal to 10 km) = 109/240
