PS & RQ are iso choric processes and work done by iso choric process is zero
so the net work done is the sum of work done by PQ & RS
work done by PQ= 100Kpa×200cc
=(10×10^4pa)×(2×10^-4)m^3
=20J
work done by RS=200Kpa×-200cc
=(20×10^4pa)×(-2×10^-4)m^3
=-40J
net work done = 20J-40J
= -20J
