Answer:

(B) 6m/sec

Explanation:

A train starts from rest i.e the initial velocity is zero.

The acceleration of the train is 10 cm/s^2

Now we convert cm into m by dividing by 100

So the acceleration is 0.1m/s^2.

Now we use the equation of motion for a uniformly accelerating body i.e

v=u+at

Here u= initial velocity =0

v= final velocity ( we need to find)

a= acceleration = 0.1m/s^2

t=1 min = 60 secs

v = 0 + 0.1 \times 60

So, v=6m/s.
