1) Silver bromide on exposing to sun light,decomposes to silver metal and bromine gas.

Silver bromide--is a salt sensitive to sun light.

Bromine gas-- Brown colour gas.

Silver--is greyish colour metal

AgBr (s)---->Ag (s)+ Br2 (g)

So, X--AgBr

Y--Ag

Z--Bromine gas

Silver bromide can be obtained from the salt of silver that is silver nitrate can be used.

AgNO3 + KBr -->AgBr + KNO3

This is a displacement reaction where potassium displaces silver from AgNO3 and form AgBr.
