Answers with respect to findings of Darwin are -
Darwin found marine iguanas on Galapagos Islands. He saw number of evolutionary traits in them. The hereditary instinct which the iguanas lacked or failed to develop was fear of human.
He proved this on Chatham island as - after being thrown into rock pool by Darwin, the iguana returned to its original place, rather than running away.
He again proved this on Albemarle island as - when Darwin pulled tail of iguana, it stared back at him, than running away.
