power =  {i}^{2} r \\ where \: i = current \\ r = resistance \\ power =  {2}^{2}  \times 200 \\  = 4 \times 200 \\   = 800 \: watt \\ energy = power \:  \times time \\  = 800 \times 4 \\  = 3200 \: wh \\  =  \frac{3200}{1000}  \: kwh \\  = 3.2 \: kwh \\ potential \: difference = i \times r \\  = 2 \times 200 \\  = 400 \: volt
