Aniket gives Annual exam. His marks are
given below. Represent this in pie chart.
SST 54
science 52
Maths -20
English - 22

  • Add all the values (marks) and then divide each value (of each subject) by the total value, to obtain a fraction(also cancel it to the lowest).
  • Then multiply(and cancel) the fraction with 360° to obtain the value of the angle which should represent that particular subject.
  • Repeat the same steps with the other subjects.
  • When you have found out the values of the angles of each subject, you can check them by adding all of them and see if it is 360°.
  • Then draw a circle with approx. 5cm radius and with the help of a protractor draw the angles for each subject; and write their values along with the subject you are representing, and you are done.
