Answer:

a.Firstly, it is said that possibly if you was trying for achieving a particular thing in life and your trial didn't became fruitful that is you did not achieved it then you are not required to give up. You have to stand up on your own and try again for it as giving up is never a solution to any problem. If you are just stopping so that you can cry for not achieving it, that is the worst thing. Remember that every great thing in this world is only achieved by patiently trying. Trying Again and again is the ultimate solution. For example, when a young bird is learning how to fly, he many times fall down, many times get injured, but for every try they do, they learn something new.

Secondly, Though the oak tree is known for its sturdiness , But if the strong wind will blow, The tree will bow down that is fall down. Even the sturdiness of oak tree cannot stop the trials of wind. The most difficult trial test of our life is our defeat and it is upon us how we take it, whether we consider our defeat as victory by learning from it and trying again or we just give up.

b.if we fail despite working hard it means the track we are following is wrong. Consult with seniors and change your path. You will definitely get success.

Always try to find out why you fail.
