a)Following are three arguements against democracy are: Change in leaders from time to time (elections) can bring about instability in the government. There is a consumption of excessive time for taking decisions because of consultation to many people, which leads to delays.
b)The lifetime appointment is designed to ensure that the justices are insulated from political pressure and that the court can serve as a truly independent branch of government. Justices can't be fired if they make unpopular decisions, in theory allowing them to focus on the law rather than politics.
c)A voter list is a detailed record of every person who is registered (see Voter Registration) and eligible to vote. The voter list also includes relevant information used to identify voters and assign them to a specific electoral district (see Electoral Boundaries) and polling station (see Polling Stations).
