True false with proper reasons given below:

a) Subtraction is commutative for rational numbers  = False.

Reason: When we subtract two numbers if in first case we get +ve number then in second we get -ve number but the magnitude will remain same.

b) 0 is its own additive inverse. = True

Reason: because when we add or subtract 0 to 0 the result is 0.

c) The additive inverse of  2 is 31 = False

Reason: The additive inverse means both number should be sum up to 0, but in this case, 2+31 = 33 not equal to 0.

d) While subtracting three or more rational numbers, they can be grouped in any order  = True

Reason : In group subtraction the operation become of addition so by commutative property we can but still we have to be careful and solve it by proper method.

e)-5/0  is a negative rational number = False

Reason : Because the denominator is zero, so it is not defined.
