Explanation:

• The number of accidents each year in Delhi has been on an increase for every year now.

• There were about 1500 accidents in 2007, but this number increased to about 1850, that is 350 more cases in 2010.

• The year 2008 encountered nearly 1550 accidents. Throughout the span of 4 years, the graph shows a steady rise.  

• In 2009 the number of accidents ascended to 1600.

• Many drivers break traffic rules, skip red lights, do not wear helmets, and surpass from the wrong side.

• Bikers can be witnessed performing dangerous stunts on congested roads. Pedestrians choose to cross roads at any site rather than zebra crossings.  

• The youth finds dangerously fast driving as thrilling. All this is accountable for the ever-increasing number of accidents and loss of numerous precious lives.
