Fe2(SO4) 3+NH3+H2O->Fe(OH) 3+(NH4) 2SO4

In this equation we have ammonia and water in the reactant side. We can consider this as ammonium hydroxide for balancing purpose.

Fe2(SO4) 3+NH4OH ->Fe(OH) 3+(NH4) 2SO4

Now let us balance the equation. There are 2 ferric ions in the reactant side but only one in the product side. Hence let us balance that first as,

Fe2(SO4) 3+NH4OH ->2Fe(OH) 3+(NH4) 2SO4

Now we are having 6 hydroxide ions in the product side whereas there is only one in the reactant side. Hence let us balance that as,

Fe2(SO4) 3+6NH4OH ->2Fe(OH) 3+(NH4) 2SO4

If we observe now there are 6 ammonium radicals in the reactant side whereas in the product side we have only 2. Hence let's balance by writing 3 where ammonium radical is present in the product side. Now the equation becomes

Fe2(SO4) 3+6NH4OH ->2Fe(OH) 3+3(NH4) 2SO4

The equation is balanced. Now writing in the given original form we have the balanced equation as,

Fe2(SO4) 3+6NH3+6H2O->2Fe(OH) 3+3(NH4) 2SO4
