So we will have

Weight = (m_1 + m_2)g

Weight = (3 + 0.1)10

Weight = 31 N

now we have

Area = 0.1 \times 0.1

A = 0.01m^2

now we have

P = \frac{31}{0.01} = 3100 Pa
