Given,

Selling price with profit = Rs. 2850

Gain% = 14%.

Let the cost price be x

So, Selling price =>

 \frac{100 + gain\%}{100}  \times cost \: price

So,

\frac{100 + 14}{100}  \times x  = 2850\\  \frac{114}{100}  \times x  = 2850 \\ 114x = 2850 \times 100 \\ x =  \frac{285000}{114}  \\ x = 2500

Now,

profit\%  =  \frac{profit \:   \times 100}{cost \: price}

Let Profit be x

8\% =  \frac{x  \times 100}{2500}

100x = 8 \times 2500 \\ x =  \frac{8 \times 2500}{100}  \\  x =  8 \times 25 \\ x = 200

So, new selling price with 8% profit =

C.P. + Profit

=> 2500 + 200

=> Rs. 2700

I hope it helps.
