Classify the following changes in at least two possible ways  

Explanation:

(a) Kneading of dough:

In Kneading, we mix flour with water to form dough. In this process, only the physical nature of dough changes. from solid it turned to semi solid. there is no change in its chemical property- so this is an example of Physical Change.

(b) Rolling chapati from that dough

When we roll that dough to make flattened round chapati, we are only changing its shape. There is no change in the chemical integrity of dough. So this is also an example of Physical Change and it can be reversed.

(c) Baking the chapati:

When we bake the chapati, we are changing its chemical nature by providing it heat. We cannot reverse this baked chapati to dough. Hence it is an example of Chemical change.
