The actions which I would take being the manager are

1. I would instruct all labour carefully.

2.Before exporting my products to the market I would check all my products.

3. I would ask all employees to give their feedbacks - how our product could be improved .

4. I would select some senior member who can guide the labours.

5. I would check take a round of my factory how the products are being produced .
