Here theta = A

\textbf{Given :-}

2 cos A - 1 = 0

2 cos A = 1

cos A = 1/2

cos A = cos 60°

A = 60°

Now,

\textbf{To find :-}

Cos A + sec A

= Cos 60° + sec 60°

= 1/2 + 2

= 5/2

\textbf{Hope this helps you}

Hey !!

2 Cos ¢ -1 = 0

2 Cos ¢ = 1

Cos ¢ = 1/2

Therefore,

Sec ¢ = 2 .

Therefore,

Cos ¢ + Sec ¢ = 1/2 + 2 = 1 + 4/2 = 5/2
