Answer-

Binary fission is a type of reproduction which is common in all kinds of bacteria. Under the favourable conditions, the bacterial cell expands. The cytoplasm divides into two parts due to construction and there is a formation of a transverse septum in the centre of the cell. Later on, these two-part separate from each other and give rise to two cells.

The speed of binary fission is decreased due to low temperature.

The bacterial daughter cells which are produced after binary fission are exact clones.
