Are vapours and gases are the same ?

Answer :-

✴Vapours and gases are same.

✴Both are in gaseous state

✴Substances that ordinarily exist in the gaseous stae ( hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen) are called gases in this state.

✴However , substances that ordinarily exist in the solid or liquid state are called vapours in the gaseous state.

✴Thus, in the gaseous state, sulphur is called sulphur vapour and water is called water vapour
