Chromatin is the DNA and proteins that make up chromosomes. Chromosomes are the separate 'pieces' of DNA in a cell (made up of chromatin). Sister chromatids are identical pieces of DNA held together by a centromere and pulled apart during cell division to make new identical chromosomes in the newly made cells.....

chromatin are network of thread like structures that are found in the interphase stage of cell cycle.

Chromosomes are condensed form of chromatin fibres formed during the begining of prophase
