Membrane bound cell organelles are present in Eukaryotic cells while they are absent in Prokaryotic cells. Nuclear region is well defined with a nuclear membrane in Eukaryotic cells whereas in Prokaryotic cells, nuclear region is poorly defined with an absence of nuclear membrane. Nucleus is nucleoid.
