Answer:

Difference -

Explanation:

Solids have a definite shape. The solid has its own shape due to the molecules being tightly packed due to force of attraction.

Liquid does not have a definite shape. Liquids take the shape of the container as the molecules are loosely packed.

Gases do not have definite shape nor definite volume. It takes shape of the container.

Incase of solids

\blue{\bigstar}solids have the definite shape and fixed volume

because In case of solids the force of attraction is very strong hence they cannot change the shape until some strong external force applied.

Incase of liquids

\blue{\bigstar}liquids have the definite shape but not fixed volume they can take the shape of the container in which they are placed

Incase of gases

\blue{\bigstar}Gases have neither fixed shape nor fix volume

.They can easily take the shape of contact in which they contain. for eg in our l.P.G cylinder the gas is fillied in a very big amount by applying pressure . This shows that gases have neither fixed shape nor fixed volume

Hope it help u
