if resistors are connected end to end , so that the same current passes through each of them, then they are said to be connected in series....

Disadvantages Of Series Connection:

! if one appliance is disconnected ,others also do not work..as there is only one switch for every connected appliance....

! it uses more resistance as which is beyond the highest limit...
