Disc which has larger volume or larger radius will have the larger moment of inertia.
Both of the disc have the same mass but different density tjats mean they have different volume. And different volume means both of have different radius, so according to the axis theorem which has larger radius it will have the larger moment of inertia or smaller radius then smaller moment of inertia.
Here most interesting things is that the acceleration due to gravity is of both of the disc
