Mr. Modi, after completing his MBA is appointed as a Junior Manager in
Purchase Department in a Multinational Company. He started observing all
the works of the department which were carried on by the 7-8 subordinates
and after 15 days of his joining he started taking doing 60-70 % works of his
department. As a result there was no work left for the 5-6 subordinates and
they became idle.
Considering the above case you are required to give the answer of the
following questions:
Q. (1) Should Mr. Modi be considered as an effective manager? Why?
Q. (2) Has Mr. Modi having the quality of a good manager? Explain.
Q. (3) How you would prefer to carry your work if you would have been joined
in place of Mr. Modi? ​

1- No, because for doing something effectively collective efforts is required .

2- No, because a good manager must delegate his work and assign task to every team member.

3- I would've divided the work into parts and assigned each of them to which they are good at.
