Given : triangle ABC

To Find : mark the points.

(a) X, Y in the interior of the triangle ABC.

(b) R, S un the exterior of the triangle ABC

Solution:

Step 1 : Draw a line segment AB

Step 2 : Using some compass width and taking A as center draw an arc

Step 3 : Using suitable compass width and taking B as center draw arc such that it intersects arc drawn in previous step at C

Step 4 ; Join AC and BC

Mark two point inside triangle X & Y ( Region bounded by AB , BC & AC)

Mark two points out side triangle as R & S ( Region outside bounded by AB , BC & AC)
