If 5th tropic level is omnivorous and 1st is a plant then the tropic level is does  not work thus the energy flow is in one way.

By the tropic levels the toxicity increases thus the last tropic levels they have to face dangerous situations.

Humans having not any fixed tropic level as it changes its position in levels.
