 \:  \:  \:  \: 25 {x}^{2}  - 4 {y}^{2}   \\  =  {(5x)}^{2}  -  {(2y)}^{2}

By using identity , a²- b² = (a+b)(a-b)

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  {(5x)}^{2}  -  {(2y)}^{2}  \\  = (5x + 2y)(5x - 2y)
