because the forest has many trees by which the transpiration occurs more than other places. and also forests has many small ponds and river by which evaporation occurs that also much influences the water cycle.

The leaves of the trees in the forest transpire. They send the excess water present in them into the air in the gaseous form this vapour then travels up in the atmosphere and joins the water cycle. This way a large number trees(in a forest) can influence the water cycle by providing a lot of water in the gaseous form.
