• The climate of places on earth differs so does places the paces that get rainfall and sunshine in India like those of the thar deserts on the west, the great Himalayas in the north, and the Deccan plateau region of the south.  

• India being a diverse country has various type s of climate. like the tropical wet that governs the regions that have high temperatures above 18°C.  

• Hence is divided into the tropical wet and dry climate. Found in the western ghats, Assam and Nicobar, and the Andaman Islands. This region gets high rainfall as thus monsoon climate.

• Arid and semi-arid type of climate here evaporation exceed precipitation, the subtropical humid climate is one that experiences hot summers and cool winters due to western disturbances.  

• The mountain climate is found in the northernmost areas of alpine and Himalayas. The region is ard frigid and barren. These regions get about 3,400 meters of rainfall.
