There's some mistake in your question. To make fraction equivalent/comparable, their denominator should be same not numerator.

◆ Answer-
We'll multiply 3/7 by 5/5 so that
3×5 / 7×5 = 15/35.

Also 2/5 to be multiplied by 7/7 so
2×7 / 5×7 = 14/35.

As 15/35 > 14/35, we can say that 3/7 > 2/5.
