Given Fraction = 5/6

Let us assume numerator of equivalent

fraction x.

Then denominator will be x+4

 \frac{5}{6}  =  \frac{x}{ x +4} \\ 5(x + 4) = 6x \\  5x + 20 = 6x \\ x = 20

Hence equivalent fractions

 \frac{20}{20  + 4}

Answer =

 \frac{20}{24}

Hope it helps.......
