Answer:

/_\ lets take triangle base either 12 or 10

we will take take base as 12 to make it easy for us ,

then draw a perpendicular on the base of triangle to divide it into two equal triangle..

then b=12/2=6, P=?, H=10.

h²=p²+b²

10²=p²+6²

p²=10²-6²

p=√64

p=8

area=1/2*h*b

=1/2*8*12

=4*12

=48 Ans.....
