Answer:

It is a regular hexagon which can be divided in 6 equilateral triangles.

It will be solved using Heron's formula .

Heron's formula =\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}   (where a,b,c are length of sides)

s = \frac{a+b+c}{2} = \frac{6+6+6}{2} = \frac{18}{2} = 9

Area of 1 equilateral triangle = \sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}

                                                  =  \sqrt{9(9-6)(9-6)(9-6)} = \sqrt{9*3*3*3} = \sqrt{243} = 15.588cm^{2}

Are of whole figure = 6 * 15.588 = 93.528cm^{2}

Area of Whole figure is 93.528 cm^{2}
