Given :

  • Height - 8 cm

  • Bases ( parallel sides ) - 15 and 9 cm

To Find :

  • Area of Trapezium - ?

Formulae To Find :

Area of Trapezium - 1 / 2 × ( a+b ) × h

where,

  • a - bases ( Parallel sides )

  • b - bases ( parallel sides )

  • h - height

Solution :

⟼ 1 /2 × ( a + b ) × h

⟼ 1 / 2 × ( 15 + 9 ) × 8

⟼ 1 / 2 × 24 × 8

⟼ 1 / 2 × 192

⟼ 96

∴ Area Of Trapezium is 96 cm²

MORE :

• Area of Square - side²

• Area Rectangle of Rectangle - length × width

• Area Of Parallelogram- base × height

• Area Of Triangle - 1 / 2 ×base × height

• Area Of Trapezium - 1 / 2 × ( a + b ) × h

• Area Of Circle - πr²
