Hi ....here is your answer....
..For First line which is parallel to x axis,
Makes an angle of 0° with x axis
so it's slope m= tan0° = 0 ......
the equations of line which passes through (-5,-2) and m= 0 is
see picture...
..
.again for second line which is parallel to y axis makes an angle of 90° which x axis ,
so it's slope m= tan90 = undefined!!....
see picture!!!.....
..... hence First equation will be y+2= 0.
and second one will be x+5= 0..
