( i ) 12 = 2 × 2 × 3

15 = 3 × 5

21 = 3 × 7

HCF = 3

LCM = 420

( ii ) 17 = 17 × 1

23 = 23 × 1

29 = 29 × 1

HCF = 1

LCM = 11339

( iii ) 8 = 2 × 2 × 2

9 = 3 × 3

25 = 5 × 5

HCF = 0

LCM = 1800

( iv ) 72 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 3

108 = 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 × 3

HCF = 36

LCM = 216

( v ) 306 = 2 × 3 × 3 × 17

657 = 3 × 3 × 73

HCF = 9

LCM = 22338

Answer:

like me if it's wrong i am very sorry I think it's right

  1. first find the factorization of given numbers.
  2. which is common in all factorization it is HCF if there are two numbers multiple that which u get that is HCF
  3. by tree method do LCM
