3. Find the S.P., when :
(i) M.P. = 900 and discount = 15%
(ii) M.P. = 550 and discount = 10%

Answer :

SP = 1600

discount percentage = 20%

Marked price =?

Explanation:

Marked price = SP × 100÷100–discount%

=1600×100÷100 -20%

160000÷80

=2000

Marked price =₹2000

Like this only we have to do the other 2sums in the 2nd bit

1.M.P.=900

Discount=15%

S. P. =M.P(100-d%)÷100

=900(100-15)÷100

=76500÷100

S. P. =765

Like this we have to solve the other sums in 3rd bit
